2. AI & Data Processing
We focus strictly on generating your content:
- Processing: Product data is processed through our engine to automatically generate video scripts and visual layouts.
- Sub-processors: Data is securely processed by specialized partners to generate studio-quality audio or video output.
3. Data Retention & Deletion
We adhere to Shopify's strict data protection standards:
- App Uninstallation: Within 48 hours of receiving an "uninstall" webhook, we begin purging your store's data from our active databases.
- Right to Erasure: You may request the complete deletion of your data at any time by contacting contact@sorisori.ai.
